Picture of the day

And yes,

I'm crazy enough in order not to be able to give this page a common sense, so I will include some pictures taken around the world while I'm spreading my knowledge and gathering new experiences.

This was taken in Beijing... everyone has his/her minute of modelling... :)

Have fun!

Here I am

Mornin.
I am very busy today, but I want to take advantage of my early wake up to talk a little bit about my origins.
As I said before, all this began when I started to teach greek by radio. Today, there's a webpage where you can hear me actually teaching... want to take a look?

Elli and Andreas also say hello!

Have a nice day!!

Robotakia

Good morning...
Today I woke up thinking about my old times in Thessaloniki's anopoli. By the heater, I learned a very nice table game called "Ricochet Robot", also know in greek as "Robotakia".
It is a very interesting game, played without touching anything, just finding the best way for the little robots to reach its destination. Without touching anything.
Is amazing how your brain starts to work, even after some shots of tzipouro. Well, rakomelo for the cold winter days.
Fancy a game? Try it!!! Here are two links, one to understand the game, and another to actually play online.

I would like to thank my friend Georgeia for her introduction to this game. Germans sometimes do good things...

Hello everyone!

Hi!
Some of you may know me because I was your greek teacher from a broadcast named "Greek by Radio".
I'm Nikos Petridis, and I was born in Cyprus. :)
Of course, this is just an imaginary identity I will keep for this blog. But still, it's true! I am a greek teacher and, also, kind of a spanish native.

As a spreader of the spanish and greek culture, I do travel a lot around the world. Herein, I will give some spotlights about this trips, without forgetting little small daily issues, happening to everyone on our common life.
